How can I win the U.S.,  British and Asian pacific ameatuer championships? This is regarding a single golfer in career mode.

Basically I don't understand how a single golfer in career mode win every Trophy?  

When career mode is begun there are golf clubs available with better stats than the clubs in the golfers bag.  Why have better clubs unlocked right from the start?  Why bother having the worse clubs available at all?
