Theme Hospital won't load

Hi I haven’t searched EVERYWHERE on how to download Origin Client, I have an EA account and I have Origin on my Mac. 
I Bought Theme Hospital and it won’t download?? 
please help

Hi EA,

I purchased TH today and all was running fine until I got to the 3rd hospital. All of a sudden it crashes and does not allow me to continue my game. Happens every time I reload the save. Any ideas how to rectify this or refund please?

No error message comes up? But I’m happy to video and send you footage of the issue.

Hello,

We are unable to switch anything in the DOSBox setting as EA Games prevents changes being done.

Once you change it and then try to save, it will not let you save the modified DOSBox settings.
