I recently bought Theme Hospital and it was running and playing fine, up until yesterday.. I can't start new games, as it just shuts down.. I can't access any of my older saved games.. What do I do??

First you need to install the Visual C++ Redistributable: https://aka.ms/vs/15/release/VC_redist.x64.exe

Then install CorsixTH: https://github.com/CorsixTH/CorsixTH/releases/download/v0.61/CorsixTHInstaller.exe

Launch CorsixTH, which will ask you to locate the installation folder of Theme Hospital. Once that's done, it should work.

Since it's powered by DOSbox, check if any settings in the DOSbox package that came with the game changed.

If you have trouble with the game, you could try CorsixTH, which is a fan made remaster using the game's files. I don't know if it will work with your save files, though.
