Syndicate lag at 60 fps

I just tried this game and when you turn on the power in the beginning the fps goes up to 62 with vsync and my whole character feels like it's lagging all over the place. When I turn around there is not a single lag. Any way to solve this problem? I have a 1080 Ti with 9600K, Win10 64bit.

Nevermind. Solved it by using NVIDIA vsync and triple buffering with RTSS locked at 60fps. This also solved the mouse lag too.

How are you even able to get the game to run? Mine won't load past the splash screen. It just immediately crashes after a few seconds.

I use Windows 10 Pro 64bit. Just fired up the game and that's it.

@TracerXZX I have windows 10 as well, but as I stated, I'm having the common problem where it won't even load the game.

Maybe it has something to do with the specs.
