I was logged in my facebook email address when I decided to purchase. Apple confirmed my purchase and I received an order receipt but I haven't receive my supremium until today. I am not sure if having different email addresses between EA Supreme Heroes and Apple causes this problem. What should I do and I am getting frustrated with this since Friday. Thank you.

I have recently started playing Supreme Heroes and I quite like the game. I haven't started the way i should and now i would like to delete my character. For some reason it seems like I cannot delete my current character. Please help in finding the way to do so.
