Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for Mobile [ Edited ]

mystic cave act 1 level the goal is glitched. You can see the border of the goal at the end of the level but it isn't completely on the level. You can not reach it.  This is on a cell phone. Any tips for fixing the glitch!

Which cell phone? Because we got Sonic 2 Crash, Sonic 2 Dash, Sonic 2 EA Mobile (2009), and Sonic 2 Christian Whitehead.
