Skills built up don't work

Two devices, no tokens awarded to tablet and sporadic for smartphine,  challenges getting impossible without an abundance of tokens and skills leveled up area waste of time. My concerns are being dismissed so I have no other choice but to uninstall and warm people off very corrupted and poorly monitored game.
