SWTOR - not getting OTP email

First of all i already had an account you ea with my email... i forgot about it and when using the same email to signup for swtor it just overwrote my old account... (security hole...)

So i signed up for swtor, i even decided to pay 20US for the latest pack.. after payment i got logged out.. now when i try to login it says you forgot my browser and i need a OTP, which doesnt arrive...

seriously i should have checked publisher of this game before signing up for it... you guys always leave me with nightmares...

@peterromfeldhk You cannot create a new EA account using an email already registered to an account. For your issue, please contact one of our advisers who will look into the issue for you.
