Retrieve the EA terms and conditions

I'm trying to play fifa street online on PS3 but I can't retrieve the EA terms and conditions. Can anyone help me please?

@EA_Cade No you are wrong, FIFA Street 3 has been retried for a while. FIFA Street (the 2012 version) is being retired in 4 days so you could have helped this guy in July but didn't. The terms and conditions problem he was having is a problem also present in Fight Night Champion and requires you to play a different old EA game such as SSX, Dead Space 2 or Mass Effect 3 to accept the terms and conditions there and then you can play FIFA Street or Fight Night Champion.
