Origin Cloud Files Missing?

I just reinstalled Nox a few days ago and just got around to playing it some earlier today. My issue is, I had already spent 17 hours playing a character before and now.. the game acts as if that character never existed. I had to restart and make a new character. What I want to know is there a way to retrieve that cloud data? I checked for the game itself, in game properties within origin and origin says for it's cloud data it has 0 kb out of 1 gigabyte. And I'd tried unenabling and reenabling cloud saving and still nothing.
