Okay, so, I had this account that I am unavailable to access. I made a new one (with the same email, I think, which is so damn weird since you can't do that, at all) and that was that. But the real problem was when I tried to type in the product code, and couldn't do it because the account I am unavailable to access had the same product code that I was trying to type in. I think that it's so awful that if you make a new account, you'd most likely have to get a new game. (The game I am having an issue with is The Sims 4 if you were about to ask me.) Plus, I'd have to buy it for $53.00, which is honestly pretty expensive. What's your advice? Thank you, if you already answered!
