Hello, i want to ask if is there chance to refund money from apex coins i bought in apex legends.       I am asking this because i am having a lot of problems with game. It crashes almost every game. I tryed a lot of things to fix it but nothing worked so i decided to give up. I didnt expect that i wont be able to play the game and now i regret i put my money in the game. Thats my reason for refund and i hope you Can help me. Thank you for answer.

We generally do not offer refunds for virtual currency like Apex coins. If you haven't spent the purchased Apex coins, please get in contact with an EA Help Advisor to check what options are available to you.

If you've already spent the Apex coins, there isn't anything that we can do, but I'll gladly try to help you with sorting out any issues that you have with Apex Legends
