You guys at EA are a bunch of idiots none of your so-called fixes don't do **bleep**, I would like my money back because of failer to fullfil contractual agreements. I bought Mercenaries 2 for xbox and still cant log onto your stupid servers. Tried all the stupid fixes and they dont do **bleep**. I made an EA account and never recieved an email for verification. Who the hell works there a bunch of idiots because you guys really dont know nothing. I have been disappointed by EA ever since they got together with Origin (garbage company for garbage games,Origin sucks)

Everytime that i try to play my mercenaries 2 game on my xbox 360 it keeps freezing everytime it tries to connect to your EA Server.

So bought the game while it was on sale. To play the game, you have to enter the product code. Older game, so I have to go through the hoops of going through https://activate.ea.com/activategame.do

Alright, fine, but apparently they never actually emailed me a product key for the game. All I have is the order confirmation. And because of EA's massively confusing help system, not even sure exactly who to email about to get them to email me a product key; just a large circle of FAQ's and question forums. Any suggestions or a direct link to the contact page in question?

If the game was purchased recently, try reloading your games library via the main menu (2nd entry: Reload my games) or click the refresh icon in the top left of your games library. Origin requires a restart or refresh of your games library before if will show product codes on the game details page after a purchase.

I recently purchased Mercenaries 2: World in Flames through origin, which was added to my account, and confirmed with the order confirmation email. 

However when i downloaded and ran it, i am required to enter a serial. This serial was not provided to me within the email, nor is it within my origin account..

If support for this game has ceased, it should probably not be sold and it will be returned.

Okay, so this is really, really bothering me. I bought Mercenaries 2: World in Flames when it came out in 2008. So I downloaded it onto my PC, a Windows XP, and was -decently- able to play it for a few years. Couldn't watch any videos else it'd crash and I had to click a few buttons to get it to work, but I could play it. I undownloaded it from my Windows XP, so I could re-use my registration key, or CD key practically, and I can't re-use my key on my laptop? Come on, are you guys really that strict over these? If you need verification I purchased this game I can probably find a way to do so, and verify my CD key as legitimate. But this is sort of ridiculous-overboard.
