Does anyone know
is there any SOFTWARE with which I can change the game files, namely the sounds
"Mercenaries 2 world in Flames" is a game from my childhood, but the sounds in this game are outdated
just if someone knows a way to edit the game files, then please tell me

Hey @terminator7894 I am not aware of any ways to update the sound.

Do be warned that if you are using third party mods then you may run into issues as we are unable to support any third party software or mods.
