Medal of honor cant update error message "must be administrator" and i am

Hi I can´t play Medal of Honor.

When i try to start the game I´m informed that there is an update avaliable pressent install version 75 avaliable 76.

When I then try to install the update an error message pops op telling me the I need to be administrator. but I am the administrator.

Tried running Origin as admin but the same result. what can I do ??

I found a solution 

I updated the game directly from the game installation data No problem, now everything works.

Maybe use the info at the following link to check your Windows account is an Admin. account:

Getting the same issue as the one outlined in the thread. Unsure how to update as description from @bennoman75 needs more information please.

Run a search in Explorer for this file: MoHUpdater.exe

Right-click and choose "Run as Administrator"

It has not worked for me. I am running on Windows 10. I uninstalled MOH and reinstalled, was supposed to create a desktop shortcut but did not.  I search for the MOHupdater you describe and it just pops up the windows first posted as screenshots in this thread. I do have a shortcut for Origin which when right-clicked brings up a Run as Administrator but that just does the same thing with no results. Losing patience with Origin real fast.

Had the same issue on Windows 10, do the following;

Navigate to the following directory-

C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Medal of Honor\Binaries

Right click on MoHUpdater and go to Properties\Compatibility Tab\at the bottom you will see, "Run this program as Administrator," check that. Click Apply and OK.

Begin the game once again and at the point of updating and selecting yes, you may receive a pop up window confirming the application make changes and click on yes.

You should be good to go at this point, game updated and able to play.
