September 2020
I recently decided to buy Medal of Honor Warfighter on PC and since the installation, the game will not launch.
I have tried a clean install, disabling my anti-virus, looking online for solutions, etc.
I have currently checked my driver for any updates but there are none (at the moment)
Build:
Laptop: ASUS RoG GL Series
Windows 10 Version 1909
OS 18363.1016
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1050
CPU: Intel i5 7300 HQ
RAM: 12 GB DDDR-4
I have also ran the repair option via Origin and also "Scannow" and "health check" via command prompt
However, upon launching "perfmon /rel" I have had multiple error pertaining to MoHW.
Here is a copy:

Apparently, Medal of Honor Warfighter now fonctions on my PC and runs pretty well. However, there are some performance issues like the game "turning into a powerpoint" IE, stuck at extremely low frames (average 5 frames).
For me though, the game is fixed.
Thanks for the help.

Hey @LT_Vesta01 let's start with some basics, in User/Documents/MOHW/settings/ can you Open PROF_SAVE_profile with NOTEPAD and then change the GstAudio.AudioQuality and other values to 4.
Once done save and try launching the game again. It's also no harm to copy the existing file to your desktop before making any changes.

As you can see, for some reason, MOHW did not do a profile save file under documents - user for some reason. I have verified under Electronic Arts and the only user file under it is "The Sims 4"

Let's try installing DirectX 10.1 @LT_Vesta01 to see if it helps.
I did try the game last night and it launched and ran without any issue for me so I do think that the issue is system-related and something on your system is causing the issue to occur.
Let's also ensure that it is running on your Nvidia card though your integrated one should run it fine:

Alas, MoHW still refuses to launch

Hey @LT_Vesta01 can you try running the game using compatibility settings to see if you can launch it then?
I tested it on my machine and it's launching and playing without any issue.

Tried it on compatibility mode Windows 7, Windows 8 and the most recent version of Windows XP and it still won't run for some reason.

Hey @LT_Vesta01 let's try clean booting your system and then reinstalling the game: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
I've been playing it on and off the past few days so it's a case of troubleshooting till we find the cause of your issue.

Hey @LT_Vesta01 can you grab me a DxDiag so that I can take a look at your system: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
