Medal of Honor Allied Assault War Chest Mod Ability

Is there any way for me to apply mods to the Medal of Honor Allied Assault War Chest edition? I've seen ways to do it for just stand-alone versions, but the files for the game look different for War Chest. It's fine if you can't do anything about it, just curious (and want it to work).
