You might start by trying to contact Vivendi Games (publisher) or Radical Entertainment (Developer)

@TheBlacksnoman The IP was granted to Vivendi and expired a long time ago. I seriously doubt that anyone knows who has the rights right now, as the IP is in a serious legal limbo. EA had nothing to do with it. 

I do not work for EA and i am not associated with the company in any way. I am a player just like you, trying to help wherever i can.I will not answer to any unsolicited PM.
