Last I heard this issue has been out there for 3 months, that's why people are losing hope. It shouldn't take more than a couple of days for such a big company to solve such a little issue.

just look at the replies in this one thread and the replies in all of madden 19, this thread started in august and madden was released in august but madden is brand new and ncaa is 6 years old

In my personal opinion they will never attempt to fix it until everyone is active on this post and continues to bug them about it. Otherwise they will just keep "looking into it".
