Installed a game but doesn't run ...

Hi,

I have recently bought games for my windows 7 home premium laptop, and I've installed some games including Harry Potter that I was told would work with my laptop. They have installed but won't run as I click on the desktop icon but they don't play.

Anyone got any advice please?

What happens when you try to launch the games, do you see an error of any kind or does a window pop up and crash?

The more info we have the better we can help.

it's ok, I am on Windows 7,  the games install properly but when I try to play the games nothing happens at all, no loading or anything x
