I need help to create a spore account, the Network always tells me "Deactivated"

I tried everything to create my account to spore, I keep trying and it says "Network deactivated", I'm still looking for how to create an account and how to activate the network, seriously after 12 years that I did, I will do it again and I need to make my account for myself and show my creations ...
