I can´t play Real Racing 3 with a PS4 DualShock on iPad

I've been trying to play RR3 with the PS4 controller, when I connect the DualShock, in the game it appears that the controller has been detected, but I cannot do anything with the DualShock, I move the joystick, the triggers and nothing, I've reinstalled the game, but nothing, it keeps happening the same. 
Has this happened to someone else?
Hope you can help me please, thanks for answering.
Also one more thing, I have been able to play with the controller other games like COD (and everything works great), I don't know why this happens with RR3.

Turns out that you have to start the application without an internet connection, 'cause when you connect your device to internet, suddenly, the controller stops working.
