I am Not Able to Log My account into The game "Mirror's Edge" help

I am able to Log inside the account but after that this Choose player Nickname Screen appears and after choosing my Nickname I'm unable to go to next page. On next page it says "COULD NOT LOGIN" "Please Ensure you have entered Your email and Password correctly" .. but the Thing is I have!

@VampireRhy If it is saying that your username or password is incorrect then it generally is. Have you tried resetting your password?
