I just re-downloaded a game purchase from Amazon.com because I just got a new computer,

and the EA ORIGINS Activation will NOT accept my product code, every time I try it says: "Server Error. Please try again later."

Help?

The website is most definitely down as the game was released quite a while ago.

As for how to register a game, here's how you do that: http://help.ea.com/article/redeem-your-serial-code-in-origin

You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.

I cant even get past the first level in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part one........Im so frustrated because I know it should be easy.....or either that or my controller isnt working properly.

Hi im trying to do 2 things and neither are working!

First I am trying t get access to the AR that comes with the hart potter ps2 game where it reveals a hidden harry and a defensive spell the site im taken to gives me an error code of 404 and tells me to go to the home page and I can not see anything to do with this from here, help??? You have to use your web cam etc

Second is using the registration code for the same game! I registered an account did all that but from there on I don't see where to add the reg code!again followed the addresses etc but still nothing! HELP please ty

I don't know how to use the Augmented Reality on my Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 PC game. I can't find the website that I'm supposed to use. Does anyone know how to use it and which website should I go to or if I have to download something on my pc first?

That website has been offline for a few years, so the augmented reality bit isn't accessible anymore.

 can you just give me the code to unlock ultimate defensive spell?
i know the AR service is offline!!
but i've paid same money to buy this game, and EA DIDN'T SAY this service is time limited
can you just ask the game developers or engineers  what code it is ?

My son is having problems with Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows for Xbox. The game runs well until we get to the Abandoned Substation encounter,  it sits there and says loading but never goes to the next part.

Help! My son is quite frustrated and naturally would like to progress further.
