When I try to install a store bought copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 1, This Message comes up:

What does this mean and how can I fix it.

I've recently purchased Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part - I game through online store.

As soon as I got it, I tried to installed and it successfully installed, but I'm not able to play it. When I try to open it, it freezes and when I click on anywhere in the screen, it shows that it is stopped working and crashes everytime.

So, can you please help me to get rid of this problem?

System Information:

• Intel Pentium Dual Core, 3 Ghz.
• RAM: 3 GB
• Graphic Memory: 256 MB
• Hard Disk have more than 30 GB free in C Drive (where I'm trying to install the game).
• And everything else needed. 

Also, if the problem is due to Graphic Card, then, will Asus 210-SL-TC1GD3-L Graphics Card works perfectly with this game?

im having a problem getting my harry potter and the deathly hallows part 1 game to install on windows 10, it starts to install, gets a short way and then  just seizes up and doesnt go any further.

there doesnt appear to be any marks or scratches on the disc and ive tried turning firewall off, running as an adminstrator and running in compatibility mode but nothing works.

is there anything else i could try as it worked on windows 7 but will not install on windows 10??????

A long time ago, December 3rd 2010, EA has released an update for that abandoned title. (proof http://web.archive.org/web/20101231074126/http://harrypotter.ea.com/NA/?p=989 )
Now the game's website landing is down and all the Harry Potter-related titles were removed from the EA Store (for the legal reasons I suppose).

So it is really impossible for the average user (as me) to download that patch. But it's very interestring (for historical reasons) to obtain.

I'm going to make a unique review to the patched version of that game, but i have no patch.
Could the EA employees somehow obtain that file? It should be somewhere in your compiled sources. I promise to buy beer for you)

If you have the disc version of the game you could redeem your serial code in Origin:

1. You will first want to download and install the Origin client: https://www.origin.com/download
2. Next, start the Origin client and log in with your account
3. Just click on the Origin menu, select Redeem Product Code and enter the product code or serial key from the back of your game manual, then click Next. 
4. Now click on the "My Games" tab within the client. There you will find a box tile of your game. Click it and choose download. 
5. Once the download and installation has concluded, you can click the game tile again and choose play!

The version we have available within the Origin client already includes the v1.1.0.0 patch for the game, so that should be exactly what you are looking for.

What is the 4th code for this game. I am aware the site for the Augmented Reality is down (for no good reason). Additionally, knowing this code and even the spell itself would benefit many people. But it's quite unfair to take down the site when there is still an extra code nobody seems to know. And another good portion don't have the means to access it in the first place.
