I don't think it has anything to do with scaling back health to your teammates. I had times where I would have no shield, I spawned in and there was no shield and it never regenerated.

same problem, my storm went from 7 heath bars to 2, my interceptor has 3 somehow, but i hadn't played my interceptor much. roughly 300 pwer

Oddly, my colossus is unaffected, still tanky as balls.  gonna be playing it exclusively until this issue is fixed

Gamebreaking enough I am no longer interested in playing. I got to epic level and saw 5 hp bars looking forward to starting higher difficulties only to be knocked down to 2 hp bars. Ridiculous.

Also having this issue and very frustrated. If this isn't a bug it would be great for Bioware to let us know a change was made to HP or difficulties. Frustrating.

Yea I can't really play the game like this. At least acknowledge the bug and give us a timeline for a fix.

3 days and still no fix. Game is released and its more buggy than in the Beta.....
