Game pauses on level 13

I cannot get past level 13. The screen is stuck on the loading screen and doesn't move further. I have restarted my iPad as we'll as remove and reinstall the app and still the same issue. Anyone else having is problem? Thanks

1. Which iPad model do you have?
2. Which version of the operating system is installed?

I have a 3rd Gen Apple iPad. I have the latest iOS 7.1.1

I also tried installing it onto my iPhone 5S and have the same issue.

Why can't I go passed level 13? I have the ipad 3 and it just comes up with downloading 1 of 6 and never actually does anything. I have tried to delete the app and try again but nothing has worked.

Any valid answers?
