Fight night champion. Xbox live do not work

I’ve been trying to play Fight night champion online for a while now. I’ve called EA support & everything did everything in the book to make it work. Nothing works so if y’all can plzzzzz solve this issue.

Connectivity looks fine for this game currently, check that your XBL subscription has not expired.
