Fight Night Round 4 [ Edited ]

Everytime I try to link my gamertag to my ea sports acc so I can download a photo of me and use it as a picture for my create a boxer in FIGHT NIGHT ROUND 4, I click the "add a persona" tab, but it just reloads the page and says the same thing over and over... extremely inconvienient. 

Please help? Thanks

I got this game years ago. The game freezes as soon as I put it in my Xbox 360, right on the title screen. It happened a few weeks after I got it and hasn't changed. 

I gave up back then, but I want to give it another chance. I had hoped there'd be a patch or something. 

I've googled and looked everywhere. I've unplugged the internet, installed the game to the hard drive, following the suggestions. The only thing I haven't tried is deleting my playlists, which there's no way I'm doing considering I've spent countless hours over several years putting playlists on my xbox. I shouldn't have to do that. 

So I call the number for EA (says they're open until 7pm, now I'm running out of time), the machine lists a number of games and asks that I press the number corresponding with the game. Fight Night didn't come up, so I pressed 7, and it told me to go to a website to get help. Using that websites search tool, it said "Fight Night Round 4 could not be found." 

So what am I supposed to do? What number do I call? Can't even play the game.

Fight Night Round 4 is not supported on this board as well.

From what I can see, the only thing that could help you is deleting your custom music / playlists. It sounds strange (and I understand why you would not like to do it), but it really helps.

Thanks for replying. So where do I go for help? Does EA really not have a number I can call? Did I call the wrong number? 

The number I called instructed me to go to help.ea.com. There's almost nothing there. This can't be the extent of EA's customer service. Is there an email address? 

Deleting playlists is one thing. I have less playlists than I thought, about 75. Around 70 of those are for Fight Night Round 4 intro's for my downloaded characters.

I suppose I could erase all 70 playlists just so I can play the game. But then how do I get customer intro tracks for my characters? I had a custom theme, perfectly fit for each character. So I can't even do something the game advertises?

This isn't acceptable because honestly, the downloaded characters are the main reason I'm playing this game, and their custom tracks are part of that experience.

But let's say I were to do that- did you say erase my music? As in, not just my playlists? No way, I have thousands of songs on my xbox. I need to know where I can get help or a refund. I'm not giving up on a wasted $60 that easily.

You have to use Photo Game Face and not Game Face for Fight Night Round 4.
