Like, I can't even express my disappointment when I bought the game BRAND NEW from amazon just to see this happening without any closure notice...
I can't even request a refund for that at this point.
Please, for the love of god, do something about it, EA...
It is now clear that there are many of us who are suffering from this problem and we need a solution. As the colleague said, it is not legal to have closed a server without giving 30 days advance notice, you yourself would be infringing it. We hope for a solution as soon as possible.
I recently bought this game too knowing that EA hasn’t announced that they plan to close the server. I thought it should be okay to play online but I did not expect this error online. I think it needs to be fixed. If we are informed by EA’s written public announcement that FUSE will no longer be playable online and the server is going to be down at least 30 days or so before they gonna shut down the server, I'd be okay with that.
Hi all - just wanted to let you know that this issue has been escalated for investigation. I don't have any other info to share at this time, but it is being looked at.
Sad news I'm afraid, this has been investigated and unfortunately confirmed to be intentional; the online services for Fuse were discontinued on June 1st of this year for all platforms.
We are currently working with our partners to discover why this wasn't communicated on the Sunset page at this time.
