Same problem as others... Game hangs on Bullfrog logo, can be overcome by Alt+Tab out then back in. When the game reaches the menu screen the mouse pointer is not present.
Running Windows 10 on an MSI titan laptop. I have tried various compatibility settings and previously recommended fixes to no avail.
I had honestly no idea, used my Google-fu and found a few solutions:
Hope it will work for you.
I have bought Dungeon Keeper and Dungeon Keeper2 few weeks back.
Mouse is hard to control / not sensitive enough for both games.
Even I have adjusted the mouse sensitivity in the Option Menu.
I think my PC might have some compatibility issue with both games.
Possible for me to return the full games and get refund?
@teebw Hey, you can check here for information on refunds. I'm not sure if you're still eligible, it'll depend on when you first started the game: https://help.ea.com/au/article/what-s-the-great-games-guarantee/
As for the issue, Do you have the games set to a higher resolution? I find this can help on some older games with mouse issues. You should be able to change the resolution in the menus in DK2, whereas in DK1 there are only 2 resolution,s they can be toggled by pressing Alt & R.
already send email to origin but...nothing
i got Dungeon Kepper 2 and some how the mouse dont work .keeps on sweeping the home screen not let me select nothing
@druml0ver Are you using a wireless or a wired mouse? If the mouse has its own software and drivers, are those up to date?
After trying to change registry and compatibility mode almost gave up but there is so simple solution to run this game.
Just change your screen resolution in control panel to 1024 x 768 and mouse will work fine.
