Computer crashed   Game purched is gone.  Have old payment document for confirm.  How to get it back?

You can re-download all games you bought on Origin.

Just go to MY GAMES and select the game you like to download. 

However Cradle of Rome 2 is not a game supported on Origin and therefore you should look for help here:
