just brought catwoman and tried to install on computer but says serial number invalid - now what

The distributor of that game was not EA, so EA has no tech support available for it.  You need to contact Nintendo for support, or use the EA Guaranty procedure (I presume the reason you came in here is because your vendor was Origins)  to get a refund (do so soon, if that's the situation).

Meanwhile, this forum mails no answers through eMail.  You must return to your message thread to read answers, and you should pay better attention to your situation.  Your duplicate message is off topic where you posted it, as well as in the wrong language.
