Can't access new levels [ Edited ]

Every time I click to open the next level (in my case level 63) it's stuck on the download screen - same if I try and go to The Open Challenge live event.  It locks up trying to access the new level.  I can still play levels that are already completed however.  I downloaded via google play for my samsung galaxy 4s.
