Black on Xbox one x won’t register as owned?

I’ve purchased Black on Xbox one x through backwards compatability, however the system does not recognise that I own the game and gives an error when attempting to launch it. 

I contacted Xbox support and after going through all their troubleshooting they told me to contact the dev/publisher. 

The game is in my purchase history on the console, and I have been charged.

Can I ask what is the error message that you are seeing?

Generally if a game you purchased from Xbox is not launching then you would need to speak with them to ensure that there are no issues with your account or game. I was playing Black over the weekend without issue and not seeing any reports of it being down so the issue you are seeing is most likely related to your system or the game.
