Battle for middle earth two for windows 10 help me get past 3 percent

 So I have been having problems attempting to download lord of the rings battle for middle earth two on windows 10. I have the CD version.  When I attempt to install with disc One it will hit 3%  And tell me this. a problem has occurred when trying to transfer the file (D:\lang\EnglishAudio.big) from the media.  If anyone would have a solution to this problem please let me know!
