American McGee's Alice not letting me save.

I just started playing American McGee's Alice and wanted to save the game and stop for a bit but it keeps saying something about delete saved games from hdd (or something like that) every time I try to save, and it is installed onto my SSD which is 4tb and it is far from being full.
