So I had to reinstall my computer because my hard drive crashed.
After I reinstalled DA:O and now witch hunt says "unauthorized"
It used to be authorized! When I log into social.bioware.com it says that I have it.
How do I authorize it again?
Solved! Go to Solution.

To manually update to 1.05 and resolve the 'Unauthorized DLC" issue, please check this link: http://social.bioware.com/page/da-patches
If you have any issues downloading the patch, clear your browser cache, cookies, temp files or you may want to switch browsers.

Have you applied the 1.05 patch? It only gets installed manually, and the splashscreen doesn't even announce that it's available.

Hi Tyrisno,
There is also a program in your DAO install folder which is called "DAUpdater.exe" try and run this program in the background before launching the main game.
Also make sure your Dragon Age service is running:
1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in msconfig.
2.) Go to the tab "Services"
Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
Right click it and select START

In case you have latest patch and still getting unauthorized error, please follow these steps :
Here is the fix for Unauthorized dlc for Dragon Age series.
C:\users\*insert user name here*\documents\bioware\dragon age\settings"
Edit the addins.xml file, replace everything that says "requiresAuthorization = 1" to requiresAuthorization = 0
