My daughter wishes to reinstall the oldie-but-goodie Dragon Age: Origins.  We have the disc, but no longer have the box it came in.  When I look at my account order history, I see lots of Sims stuff, but no DAO.  Does anyone know if there's a way to retrieve my product key?  Thanks.

Hello mythlady, the only way to get help with account/serial related problem is the EA customer support.
