I can't log into the servers to retrieve my DLCs

Hi.

I have the Ultimate version of DA Origins. I'm trying to log into the servers, but the game says there's a "system error" that prevented me from logging in. I've already tried putting the wrong password on purpose to see if the problem was the login information and I was able to confirm that it wasn't.

The problem with this is that without logging in, I can't redeem my characters or play the DLCs - only Awakening is available. I've been trying for a week.

What do I do? Thanks any help.

This bug is linked to having special characters in your password. If that's the case, change your EA password so it doesn't contain $, µ, #, and so on.
