How do I install Dragon Age 2 DLC on PC windows 10? I got this error... [ Edited ]

I put this on the photo. It says I did'nt installed Dragon Age so I can't install the DLC but I have already install it and run successfully the game one time. My game is buy on Steam.

Have you tried downloading the DLC files directly to see if that helps? You can find more info on how to get them at the EA Help website.
