Driver issues with DirectX11

Hi all,

I was unable to play DA2 in fullscreen mode using DirectX 11. I managed to work out that the drivers needed to be rolled-back for my nvidia graphics card in order to do so (thanks Google!). The only problem is that these drivers are over a year old and all of the newer games I have on my computer wont let me play.

Does anyone have a workaround for me that involves at least slightly never drivers?

Hi cheriebombe,

What worked for me was installing DirectX 9 in addition to 11. DirectX 9 uses different (= more) libraries than DirectX 11 and is therefore often very helpful with issues like that.
