@goldenpheonix190 Did you try the solution posted by @Fred_vdp in the comment just above yours? Just to add some tutorial steps, this is done from the File Explorer app (there should be a folder icon shortcut for it on the taskbar by default, otherwise you can search for it on the Start menu). The folder you're looking for is located in This PC->Documents->BioWare as shown in the screen capture below:
Right-click on the Dragon Age folder and click on Properties, then you'll see the following:
Untick Read-only here in the Attributes section if it is ticked, then click Apply and see if it works.

I had this problem recently. Windows 10 and playing logged in to my Bioware account. After completing the Circle, Redcliffe, and part of the Orzammar main quest without problem, I was in the Deep Roads. I couldn't use internet for several days, and at first, there was no problem, I still could play. After a few days, the game just didn't create new saves and several of the old saves disappeared. I checked the save file and was "read only", but every time I changed that, it reverted to the previous state.
Once I could connect to the internet again and logged in, the problem got resolved.
I think that the first days that I played without internet conexion, the game still showed that I was logged in and that it started to fail to make saves when it changed to logged off, but I'm not sure.
Not sure if it was just luck and not related to the internet, but in case somebody has the same problem and find this information useful, I decided to write how it worked for me.
