Dragon Age II DLCs not showing up

I have just recently finished playing through Dragon Age II, only to find that I hadn't bought the Legacy expansion (which I wanted to play before I delve into Inquisition again.) After purchasing the Legacy expansion, the Black Emporium, and mage item packs 1 and 2 from the Bioware Social website, I began a new game without checking to see if the expansions had made it into the game. Looking back, I notice that the mabari that comes with Black Emporium was not present at Gamlen's house. I wish I'd noticed that earlier.

Now in Act 3 of the game, I started to wonder when the legacy expansion would become available. I hadn't read about the statue in the Hawke Estate (or Gamlen's house) and assumed it would arrive in a letter or something of the sort. When it did not, I looked it up and read about the statue. A thorough search of the Hawke Estate showed, however, that there was no statue.

The Legacy expansion and Black Emporium are both listed in my "downloadable content" tab on the main menu. I tried reinstalling them both. I wanted to try to reinstall the game itself, but I don't know where or how to do that.

Any ideas?

Hey, check the writing desk. I can't remember if it's definitely a factor -sorry it's been a while-  but I think there are letters that should point players towards this content. The BE should appear on the world map, and Legacy should be accessible via the statue you mention. 

If this has no effect, try repairing the game. Right click the game panel in Origin to get this option.

Repaired the game, but nothing changed. No statue, no map icon, no letters. Could it have something to do with buying the dlcs on the bioware website and the game on origin?

It could be related to that, but they should sync up. If you check the game details page for DAII in Origin and scroll down, is the relevant DLC visible there? 

If you get the option to redownload please try this. 

If this has no effect, or the DLC is missing, please contact support. They should be able to investigate and help to get things straightened out.

All four dlcs show on the details page as 'installed'. I don't see a re-download button, just the word 'installed'. I'll try with Support. Thank you for the help.
