I need some help with the next problem so if someone can help me i would appeciate it

We would need further information to help you with that error. 

Do not hesitate to post your complete DxDiag. 

1. Press the [Windows] Key + [R] at the same time.
2. Type in ‘DxDiag’ and press ‘OK’.
3. This will open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool box.
4. At the bottom of the box is a ‘Save All information’ button. Press it.
5. This will open a ‘Save As’ box. Please ensure the text file is named ‘DxDiag’.
6. Save this to your desktop.
7. Open the saved file, hit Ctrl+A (select all), and then Ctrl+C (copy).
8. Paste that information at the bottom of your post using the "Insert a spoiler" tag (please see below)

eaeve I'm having the same problem. Any solutions?

also I get this same error message when i try to play Mass Effect 2, however Mass Effect and Dragon Age 2 both run fine.

Hi is there a solution to this issue? There's no EA response here it seems and clearly this is a common issue.

Just paid for my copy of this game and it would realllly suck if it didn't work.

Could you also simply explain this problem? May be useful.

Since no one in this thread ever had enough interest to follow through, none of them needed an answer very badly.  There are a couple of other similar threads, not very many for a game as popular as this one.

Here it is, i want to get this to work here. I had DAO on a worse PC than this before so this one should be no issue.

What exactly are you looking for in the Diag?
So I know what to look for with future issues with 'Origins' titles.

Also my diag wont fit in the 20,000 character limit.
