Dragon Age 2 not connecting with Dragon age Keep

I want to get some of the extra content from Dragon Age Keep to Dragon Age 2 such as the Staff of Parthalan but even when I go to the Carer tab and unlock the item for Xbox it doesn’t show up. I am currently on the Xbox one x.
