Digital Deluxe Edition bought on Steam and not giving DLC

I bought the Digital Deluxe version of Dragon Age: Origins and it's supposed to come with all DLC that was released for DAO and I only have access to one part, which is the Mark of Vigilance DLC. I have tried unistalling and reinstalling, logging out and back in, and even reentering the codes for it. Any ideas how I can get my DLC to work?

Once signed in...

1. Under your avatar select "My Games".
2. Select "Your registered game content".

The DLCs should be listed though you might need to register your copy of DAO with the site (if it's not done already).
