Can't run the game through Steam

I used to play the game through EA Play, I bought the game a day or so ago, but it won't run. When I click "Play" on Steam, my Origin account opens, and nothing happens. In my Origin games library I have Dragon Age 2 listed and a message that says to rejoin EA Play in order to play again. It's like Origin does not recognize that I bought the game.

Dragon Are Origins and Inquisition are working fine so far (also bought through Steam)

i am having the exactly same problem. 

I have EA PLAY on steam, i installed with no problems but when i try to open the game it only open the origin app

Bought DA2 on Steam sale recently - and it's not launching. I press Play in Steam, it launches Origin - and nothing. Origin account is linked with Steam, I have no problem playing BFV, ME Andromeda and over steam versions of EA games.

EDIT: for me it was MSI Afterburner's overlay, without Afterburner game is running.
