Can't login to my ps3 account dragon age origins

Question says most of the problem. I go to sign in to my account, and it just loads then says (paraphrased) "information you gave can't sign into account, give different information" but it doesn't allow me to type in a password, just immediately starts loading, help appreciated!

Hey @illumin8edink,

You can try manually updating your login information here to see if that allows you to sign in normally.

If that doesn't do the trick please reach out to support directly so they can take a look through the account and see if there's something else preventing you from being able to sign in.
