Sorry to hear you're still experiencing issue.
I've found the following answer from a similar thread on the BSN:
i had the same problem but i ficed it.
1. Run regedit (by finding "run" in your start menu and the typing regedit)
2.Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder.
3.Expand the SOFTWARE folder. (if you have 64 bit, you first need to expand Wow6432Node first)
4.Expand the BioWare folder.
5. Create a new key called "Dragon Age" (it has to be called this)
6. Right click on the folder you just made, and say new-string value, and call it "path"
7. right click on it and say modify, then type your game path, a.k.a. where your DAOriginsLauncher.exe is located. (mine was C:\Program Files\Dragon Age\) and click ok,
8. collapse the bio-ware folder. and open electronic arts folder. (if there is another electronic arts folder inside of it, open it to)
9. repeat 5, 6, and 7.
and you're set (note, dont try and do some other stuff, because you can mess up your computer, to the point of which you have to reinstall it.)
